Spring colors around Sainte Victoire

v_2003

A classical view of the Sainte Victoire Moutain. Sun is shinning (more than 300 days in a year..), the sky is blue and the light is magic. This place is perfect for hiking, don't you know ?

On the road to Aix-en Provence

St_Victoire_mini_0025

I like this way to see the Sainte Victoire Mountain. At the end of the day, when the sun goes down and from a crossroad on the road to Aix-En Provence. The famous road of the Tholonnet. May be the most beautiful road of this area.

Around Sainte Victoire Moutain

_MG_2176

You can often see photos of the Sainte Victoire moutain under a classic and wide angle. I try to find angles different and to show what is around. The Saint Victoire is a rather complex place. There are many things to be seen as this red vein for example.

Welcome onboard

_MG_2094_LD

My name is Thierry Seray and I'm professionnal photographer. I live in Provence since 22 years. I grew up in Paris but I leaved this wonderfull town to live my life close to the sea and under the sun. With this blog, I would like to share my work about the Provence. I travelled a lot in the past but I realize I'm very lucky to be here. It's a paradise for a photographer. Because of the light, the sun and the beauty of the landscapes.

Here you find a new pictures each day. It's my way to see the Provence. I begin with a picture of the Sainte Victoire Mountain, one of the favorites subject of Cézanne, the famous painter. Hope you will like these one and the following.
